Let support see your records
Happy Charlie support sees your family’s records only when your family allows it, for at most 48 hours, and you can end it sooner. Any change they make shows their name with “(admin)”.
- An administrator taps , then Allow 48 h under Support access.
- Send support the code. It shows once.
- Or support asks at the top of Home, and by email.
- Anyone asked can tap Accept or Decline.
- Staff can view and correct records.
- Never doses, members, settings or exports.
- Their changes show "(admin)" after their name.
- It ends after 48 hours.
- Administrators, or whoever accepted, can tap End sooner.
